Born in Guatemala, Central America, this young entrepreneur began his education at an
early age at the countries’ Swiss American School, a trilingual Swiss educational system that
provided him with the mathematical foundations of an international banker.  A graduate of
University City High School in San Diego, California he excelled at academics and multiple
extracurricular activities including athletics, drama and notably student government. Yael
attended
St. Olaf College where he majored in Political Science and Finance; St. Olaf is a
nationally ranked private liberal arts school of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
in Northfield, Minnesota near the Twin Cities: Minneapolis and St. Paul.  
Yael began his working career at the offices of American Express Financial Advisors, there
he was trained corporately to develop client-connect business methods not limited to sales
psychology and innovative marketing practices. At the Age of 22 he earned his Securities
registered representative licenses and began his independent Financial Planning Practice.
He holds a
Series 7, 66 and Life, Health and Property and Casualty Licenses in the states of
New York, California, Minnesota and Texas.  Yael excelled at cross-selling initiatives within
the American Express Company specifically in the collaboration with Commercial and Private
Banking divisions and Trust Services.  Key accounts have been his expertise. In August
2003 a key account, Internet Broadcasting Systems hired Yael to lead a media production
team as the producer of
Telemundo.com, the site responsible for being the internet media
outlet of the Nation’s second largest Spanish language broadcaster.  This project was later
partnered to Yahoo.com. Here he gained experience and networked within the media
industry in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami.  Upon his return, Yael ventured to
the operations and sales of the largest
Jackson Hewitt Tax and Accounting Services
franchise in the State of Minnesota, responsible for 21 branches throughout the Twin Cities.  
This was all done while still maintaining key client accounts through
Thrivent Financial for
Lutherans.
In the Fall of 2004, He initially relocated to San Antonio and then upon company request to
the Neuhaus Branch of JP Morgan Chase Bank in McAllen, TX.  Here he excelled continually
at asset gathering, new accounts and specifically Managed Portfolios and most importantly
the development of many bankers who are now top producers in the financial services
industry.  
Chase’s Neuhaus Branch, a branch with assets in excess of a Billion USD, was the
top Level in performance and in investment sales in all JP Morgan Chase bank networks.
In the summer of 2006
Banorte Securities, a subsidiary of Banorte (the Largest Mexican
owned banking institution), hired Yael to lead in the formation, development and growth of a
Private Banking Practice, a thoroughly successful project that put him in the position to work
with key accounts of international business owners.  Investment sales surpassed
expectations in the consistent gathering of tens of millions of dollars in Investment assets
both for Domestic individuals and International companies and families.  He specialized in
private banking practices at all levels of a client’s need and served as a pivot to client
operations within the different levels of Bank service.
Utilizing his life and business experiences at an accelerated business pace, Yael founded
Eureka! Social Intelligence, the parent company of this organization. Eureka! Consulting
Group became a reality in February 2009, a collaboration of some of South Texas best
young leaders in fields of Law, Banking and Sales.  A think-tank approach and an Asset-
Based Thinking business foundation allow each Eureka Consultant Group representative a
valued addition to the region’s business community.
